Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. 2. Whisk lime juice, chili powder, salt and cayenne pepper.
  3. 3. Add peanuts, toss to coat.
  4. 4. Place on a baking sheet in an even layer
  5. 5. Bake stirring every 15 minutes, until dry about 45 minutes.
  6. 6. Let cool completely and store in air tight container.
