Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 grated lemon , rind of

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients and beat together.
  2. Pour into a well-buttered shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake in a a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until barely set.
