Directions:

  1. Brown chicken breast in olive oil and garlic. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Pour half and half, water and boullion in pot. Bring to a simmer. Add tortellini, stirring every 2 minutes. After 3 stirs, add remaining ingredients and stir in. Adjust ingredients to taste.
