Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 cup chicken breasts shreaded
  • 1/3 cup almonds slivered
  • 1/4-1/2 cup red grapes

Directions:

  1. Blend lemon juice, mayo, salt.
  2. Toss with chicken, celery, and almonds.
  3. Spread onto bread or crossaints.
