Directions:

  1. Mix together cheese, mayo, lemmon juice, salt, pepper and hot sauce
  2. Stir in chicken, eggs and green onions
  3. Shape into log
  4. Wrap in plastic wrap refrigerate till firm (approx 4 hrs)
  5. Garnish with Green pappers Chop pitted ripe olives
  6. Pimentos
