Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place chicken in pot and fill with water until chicken is covered.
  2. Add onion and seasonings and boil for 20 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to simmer and add celery and carrots and cover.
  4. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  5. In final hour add rice or noodles.
