Chicken Parmesan With Basil

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese & parsley.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp & add to breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepanj, add garlic, worcestershire sauce and mustard. Mix well.
  4. Dip chicken fillets in butter mixture and place in an ovenproof dish. Press crumb mixture on top of each fillet.
  5. Bake at 180.C for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Prepare sauce: Combine all ingredients except egg yolk & stir until heated through.
  7. Add egg yolk & stir until sauce thickens but do not allow to boil.
  8. Serve fillets with sauce.
