Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour ( heaping)
  • 2 envelope good seasons italian seasoning
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 2 tbsp white wine

Directions:

  1. Marinade: Mix lemon juice, olive oil, and Italian Seasoning.
  2. Marinate chicken breasts in marinade for 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Grill or broil.
  4. Combine butter, flour, milk over heat, adding white wine to taste and stirring occasionally until thick. Add mushrooms and peas.
