Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine chicken, fajita seasoning, and water in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 7 minutes.
  3. In a large, shallow ovenproof platter or pizza pan arrange the tortilla chips.
  4. Top with the chicken and cheeses.
  5. Broil in the oven until cheese is melted.
  6. Top with tomatoes, olives, green onions, salsa, and jalapenos, if desired.
  7. Serve optional sour cream and guacamole on the side.
