Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat chicken with flour,mix eggs and water,romano cheese,parsley and salt. Dip chicken in egg mixture then in bread crumbs.
  2. Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Cook breasts over med. heat until brown,about 15 mins. Remove chicken to greased baking dish. Then ,make cream sauce as follows: Heat cream,water and margarine until margarine is melted,add cheese and stir and cook about 5 ins. Add parsley.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken breast halves and top with mozzarella. Bake in 350 degree oven till cheese browns and chicken is fork tender,about 30 mins.
  4. I have also used shredded mozzarella instead of slices on top of chicken.
