Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta, drain and cool.
  2. N blender add peanut butter, sour cream, ginger, hot sauce, vinegar, orange juice, and blend smooth
  3. Season to taste.
  4. If mixture is too thick, add more orange juice.
  5. In large bowl, combine chicken, carrots and peas and pasta.
  6. Slowly mix in the peanut dressing and toss lightly to coat well.
  7. Garnish with scallions
