Ingredients:

  1. Place 2 pecan halves and a date half in clusters on lightly buttered baking sheet.
  2. Melt caramels in cream in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Spoon caramel mixture over clusters, leaving ends uncovered.
  4. Let stand until set, about 30 minutes.
  5. Spread chocolate over caramel mixture.
  6. Maxes about 2 dozen .
