Directions:

  1. Place blue cheese, buttermilk, and evoo in a medium bowl and stir to combine with a fork, mashing up the cheese just a little, season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chives, set aside.
  2. Wash the tomatoes and pat dry.
  3. Slice each tomato in half (sometimes I’ll only halve the cherry ones and the grape ones whole), season with salt.
  4. Add the tomatoes to the dressing and toss to combine garnish with fresh pepper.
