Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham wafer crumbs (about 18)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix crumbs, sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Add melted butter and press mixture firmly into a greased 8 square pan- make about 1/4 thick.
  3. Chill 45 mins.
  4. Whip Cream cheese until fluffy, gradually add milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
  5. Blend well.
  6. Pour over crust and chill 2-3 hours.
  7. Garnish top with pie filling.
