Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt (i use less .)
  • 1/8 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch curry powder (amount will depend on how much you you like curry.)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a dressing bottle or jar.
  2. Chill several hours to blend flavors.
  3. Serve with tossed greens.
