Cheesy Baked Pasta with Spinach and Artichokes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to directions, drain and return to pot. Heat broiler.
  2. Add artichoke hearts, spinach, Parmesan, half the mozzarella and 1/4 teaspoon pepper to pasta and toss.
  3. Transfer mixture to shallow 2-quart (or 8-inch square) broilerproof baking dish and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Broil until cheese is browned in spots, 2-3 minutes.
