Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in butter until translucent. Add flour and cook to make a roux. Add pickle juice and then the chicken stock. Cook until smooth and velvety. Add drained beef and continue to cook over low heat. Add chopped pickles. Then add cheese and stir until melted. Finish with cream and cook a few minutes more. Add salt and pepper to taste.
