Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Put cheese, flour, and butter in a bowl and mix with hands untill dough is uniform (you should not be able to see any butter pieces in the dough)
  3. Divide the dough into 24 pieces and roll the pieces into balls with your hands
  4. Working with one ball of dough at a time, flatten the ball into a disc and place one olive in the center of the disc
  5. Wrap the dough completely around the olive sealing the edges
  6. Roll olive-filled dough into a ball with your hands and repeat process to make 24 puffs
  7. Place the uncooked puffs on an ungreased baking sheet at bake for about 15 minutes or until balls are a deep golden brown
  8. Remove puff from baking sheet onto a wire rack and cool 5 minutes before serving
