Cheese And Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
  2. Place bread cubes in prepared dish.
  3. Top with sausage and cheese.
  4. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
  5. Season with pepper.
  6. Pour egg mixture over sausage mixture.
  7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  8. Bake casserole until puffed and center is set, about 50 minutes.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
