Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Blend butter, flour, sugar and almonds to crumbly consistency.
  2. Add egg yolk, water and almond extract.
  3. Form dough into ball and chill 30 minutes.
  4. Roll between wax paper to 12 circle and fit into tart pan.
  5. Bake 20 minutes at 350 then cool.
  6. Cream together pudding and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Pour into cooled pastry then top with pie filling then chill for several hours.
  8. Serve cold.
