Chasu (Glazed Pork Loin)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 4 tbsp catsup
  • 4 lbs pork loin

Directions:

  1. Make sauce with soy, sugar, molasses, catsup and garlic.
  2. Cut pork loin into 1 1/2x4-inch strips.
  3. Marinate meat for 2 hours in sauce; store in the refrigerator.
  4. Bake in oven for 1 hour at 350° basting often.
  5. Serve with hot mustard on the side.
