Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.
  2. Sauté the scallions and garlic for 2 minutes until softened and tender.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook 4-5 minutes more.
  4. Add chard, cover and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes or until chard is tender, but still crisp.
  5. Mix in mustard and heat 1-2 minutes more. Serve.
