Celery Root Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs new ppotatoes, about 8
  • 1 lb celery roots ( about 2 )
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt , peepper and paprika to taste

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes and celery roots and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  2. Boil in water until tender and drain
  3. Mash with the garlic, butter, cheese and seasonings to taste
