Casseroles: Slim Stuffed French Toast

Directions:

  1. The night before: beat together the egg beaters, softened cream cheese, sugar free syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  2. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Cut bread into cubes and arrange in pan. Pour egg mixture over all, stirring to mix well and distribute evenly in pan.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning: preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove cover and bake for 25-30 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cut into 8 equal pieces. Serve with low-calorie butter spread and sugar free syrup if desired.
