Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook sausage, onion and garlic in skillet until sausage is brown and crumbly. Drain and set aside.
  3. Melt butter, stir in flour and seasonings until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
  5. Reduce heat to low. Stir in half of the cheese.
  6. Stir in cooked sausage mixture, noodles, zucchini and tomatoes.
  7. Turn into buttered 1 quart casserole. Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  9. Return to oven to melt cheese.
