Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut oil
  • 2 cups shreded cabbage
  • 1 medium bell pepper julliened

Directions:

  1. Dressing, mix all except oil
  2. Drizzle oil slowly while whisking briskly
  3. Combine slaw ingrdients and mix in dressing.
  4. Chill 20 minutes.
