Ingredients:

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tsp coconut

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and sugar, stir in coconut.
  3. Spread mixture on bread.
  4. Bake on cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
