Caramel Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup (12 oz. jar) smucker's caramel topping
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly with a fork. Add sugar; stir until dissolved. Stir in caramel topping and butter; mix well. Stir in pecan halves. Pour filling into pie shell.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely on rack before serving. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
  3. *In my experience, I've had to bake it longer, about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins. Just keep checking it after 45 mins.
