Easy Caramel Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 (12-oz) jar caramel topping
  • 11/2 cups pecan halves
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly with a fork.
  2. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Stir in topping and butter.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stir in pecan halves.
  6. Pour filling into pie shell.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted off-center comes out clean.
  8. Cool thoroughly on rack before serving.
  9. Cover, chill to store.
