Caramel Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 40 pieces caramels , don'tsp forget to unwrap them
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup pecan halves

Directions:

  1. Melt caramels with water & butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir occasionally until smooth.Combine sugar,salt & eggs. Gradually
  3. Add caramel sauce and mix well.
  4. Stir in pecan halves & pour into pastry shell.Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
  5. To 1 hour depending on your oven.
  6. Pie filling will appear soft,but becomes firm as it cools.
