Caramel Apple Smores

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice apple into round slats , the edges work especially well but the whole apple can be used to make more smores!
  2. Melt caramel using stove or microwave
  3. Roast a marshmallow as would for a smore
  4. Place half of the apple slices on wax paper
  5. Top each apple slice with a roasted marshmallow
  6. Drizzle caramel over top of marshmallow
  7. Top with other apple halves
  8. If desired melt chocolate chips and drizzle over top!
