Ingredients:

  • 2 2/3 cups shredded coconut (7 oz.)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Use nonstick cookie sheets or line them with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Stir in chips.
  3. Drop by well-rounded teaspoonfuls onto the lined cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes (I did 7-8 minutes, watch carefully so they do not get too dark) until edges are lightly browned. Allow to cool before removing from paper or cookie sheet.
