Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine mayonnaise, capers, sour cream, mustard, horseradish, vinegar and sugar.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Serve with Beef With Caper Sauce or with any roast beef.
