  1. Rinse the beans in warm water, until heated through.
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the

  5. Drain the beans and toss gently with the dressing.
  6. Divide the beans evenly among 4 small serving plates.
  7. Top each mound of beans with either 2 anchovies criss-crossed each other or 1 teaspoon of caviar and a sprinkling of chives.
