Ingredients:

  • 10 cups thinly cubed pumpkin
  • 6 slices bacon

Directions:

  1. Place pumpkin in a large casserole dish then cover with sugar and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  2. Stir pumpkin well and place bacon on top.
  3. Bacon until liquid is syrupy.
