Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups pecan halves
  • preheat oven 175 degrees-bake 1 1/2 hours

Directions:

  1. Mix brown sugar Flour and salt in a bowl and set aside. in another bowl beat egg white untill foamy,beat in sugar mixture
  2. Fol in pecans
  3. Transfer pecans to parchment paper line baking pan
  4. Spread in single layer
  5. Bake 1 1/ hours cool completley Break pecans apart
  6. Makes 3 cups
