Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute squash in butter until tender.
  2. Reduce heat and add corn, onions, salt, pepper, and green chilies.
  3. Mix well and add milk.
  4. Simmer until well blended.
  5. Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Cover and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
