Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat both sides of swordfish with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle with cajun seasoning.
  3. Place fish on broiler pan, pre-coated with more cooking spray.
  4. Broil 6 minutes on each side or until flaky with fork.
  5. While fish broils, combine mayo 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning, relish and lemon juice.
  6. Serve beside fish.
  7. Best Served with sauted zuccinni.
