Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients for dressing in medium size bowl;in order, mixing well before adding next ingredient.
  2. Place shredded cabbage, peppers, and onions in a large salad bowl.
  3. Pour sauce over and toss well.
  4. Chill.
  5. This should be done about an hour before serving.
  6. Tastes even better the next day.
