  1. Beat egg white with mixer on high until soft peak forms.
  2. Add powdered sugar slowly while beating until all mixed inches.
  3. Add cocoa slowly while beating until all mixed inches.
  4. Fill coffee cup about 1/3 full of chocolate mixture and fill the rest with coffee.
  5. Give it a little stir and garnish as desired!
