Butterscotch Fudge Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a one quart saucepan, melt the butterscotch chips and butter on low heat til melted.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add sugar and salt mixing well.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla mixing well.
  5. Pour into a 9 unbaked pie shell and bake.
  6. At 375 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Refrigerate.
  9. Serve with whipped cream.
