Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Add buttermilk.
  3. Stir until mixed well.
  4. Add raisins.
  5. Use your favorite two crust pie crust.
  6. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees; 30 minutes at 350.
