Buttermilk-Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 (22-oz.) package frozen mashed potatoes

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat; add garlic, and sauté 1 minute. Add buttermilk and next 3 ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in potatoes until smooth.
  2. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Ore-Ida Mashed Potatoes.
