Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. package. confectioners sugar
  • 3 -4 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine in large bowl, with mixer at low speed,
  2. Confectioners sugar, butter,milk and vanilla.
  3. Beat at medium speed 1-2 minutes until creamy.
  4. If desired, add more milk until frosting is spreading consistency..
  5. Makes enough to fill and frost 2-layer cake,
  6. 13x9x2-inch sheet cake or 24 cupcakes.
