Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Mix together the butter, brown sugar, cream, raisins and egg.
  3. Line muffin cups with pastry circles and spoon in the filling til the cups are 3/4 full.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes and then reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake another 8 minutes longer until the filling and crust is lightly brown.
  5. Remove from pan while still warm and cool on a rack.
  6. Top with confectioner's sugar or whipped cream.
