Ingredients:

  • 6 slices streaky bacon
  • 28 g sage
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter (or margarine)

Directions:

  1. In a food processer zap zap the butter, sage and olive oil into a spreadable paste.
  2. Spread all over your poultry, top with the rashers of bacon, poroceed with roasting as per your recipe and weight of bird.
