Butter Pecan Pound Cake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 bundt or tube pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flavoring.
  4. Add flour alternating with milk beginning and ending with flour.
  5. Fold in pecans.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes or until done.
  8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out onto wire rack. Cool completely.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
