Ingredients:

  • 3 cups tomato (diced but not deseeded, allow juices to come to top and remove the juice you can save this for any other purpose)
  • 3 tbsps basil (minced )
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar (this is 1 time you don'tsp want to skimp on cost it does matter)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and allow to sit for 12 to 24 hours serve over freshly roasted crustinie - a curl of Pecorino Romano and you have a great appie!! enjoy!
