Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175 C.
  2. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
  4. Let the melted margarine cool a bit, and add the sugars, beating well.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Add vanilla, stir to combine.
  7. Sift the flour mixture into the batter, add chocolate chips and coconut.
  8. Stir to combine.
  9. Drop by heaping teaspoonsfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets, 2 inches apart.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes.
