Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Cut 5 cookies in half; set aside. Finely roll remaining cookies. Combine cookie crumbs and 1/4 cup melted margarine; press on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In saucepan, heat remaining margarine and corn syrup until warm; remove from heat.
  3. Beat in eggs, sugar, cocoa and vanilla; pour into crust.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes; insert cookie halves around edge of pie crust.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until set, tenting with foil during last 5 to 10 minutes if excessive browning occurs.
  6. Cool. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
